Returns

Returns are for transit damage or a listing that does not match what arrived. Not for a change of mind. Not for hatch results. Not for germination.

Honey, seed, planting stock, and hatching eggs are not returnable once shipped, except as written here.

Hatching eggs that arrive smashed: send photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund the eggs only.

Wrong item, or not as listed: email [email protected] with photos.

If we cannot ship, or the ship-to place is blocked, we refund.

We do not promise a hatch rate, a fertility rate, or a germination percent.
