Where do we ship?

The lower 48 only. No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, territories, or Canada. Some listings ban more states (hatching eggs call out HI / AK / MN and any other seller limits on the card). See Shipping.

Is there pickup?

No. Online orders only. No local pickup.

Do we offer free shipping?

No.

How do we pay?

Pay on Stripe at the shop. Shipping shows at checkout. USA checkout only.

Do hatching eggs come with a hatch rate?

No. Fertile eggs for incubation only. Not food. No hatch, fertility, or live-chick promise.

What if eggs arrive smashed / how do returns work?

If hatching eggs arrive smashed, send clear photos within 48 hours and we will replace or refund the eggs only. Otherwise we cover transit damage or not-as-listed only. No hatch or germination promise. See Returns.

Can honey go to an infant?

No. Do not feed honey to infants under 1 year of age.
